If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you call us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can schedule other patients seeking care. Failure to provide this notice will result in a “No Show” fee of $25 dollars. A second offense will result in a fee of $50. A third offense will result in dismissal from the practice.
We understand that emergencies and other obligations can rise last-minute and will consider one-time exceptions when appropriate.
